The Frameworks
Trust × Innovation = Value
Speed − Trust = Liability
Most AI strategies fail in the hallway.
Here's how to build one that doesn't.
15+ years helping enterprises deploy AI that actually works — across Nokia, Samsung, American Express, and G42/Presight.

My Story
The hardest part of AI isn't the algorithms — it's the humans.
I've spent 15 years building AI systems inside organizations — starting in Nokia's India labs in 2010, through Samsung Research Institute India, American Express ML Labs, and now leading AI transformation at G42's Presight division in Abu Dhabi. Four countries, four regulatory environments, four very different answers to the same question: how do you make AI work inside organizations built for a pre-AI world?
The answer is never the technology. Every transformation I've led — and every one I've watched fail — came down to governance, leadership alignment, and the willingness to make decisions before all the answers are certain. The number of organizations facing that challenge is accelerating faster than the number of people qualified to help them navigate it. That gap is where this work lives.

5 Proprietary Frameworks
The thinking tools behind every engagement.
Five frameworks. One sequence — from responsible AI foundations to autonomous scale.
PRIME Framework
Wire trust into your AI pipeline — not onto it.
Most organizations treat responsible AI as a review gate at the end of the pipeline. PRIME changes when in the process that happens — treating trust the same way engineering teams treat security: a gate that blocks deploys, not a report that follows them.
MVG (Minimum Viable Governance)
A functioning AI governance structure in 90 days — NIST-compatible from day one.
Most governance frameworks demand maturity you don’t have yet. MVG starts with three questions answerable in two weeks — What AI do we have? What could go wrong? Who decides? — and grows to full NIST coverage through the AAA path (Assess, Align, Assure) without replacing anything you built.
Trust Premium
The measurable business advantage of building AI that people actually trust.
IBM IBV: organizations investing in AI ethics report 34% higher operating profit. PwC 2025: 60% of executives credit responsible AI with improved ROI. MIT: AI-savvy boards outperform peers by 10.9 percentage points in return on equity. The Trust Premium is the framework for quantifying — and capturing — that advantage.
The Liability Ledger
The structured methodology for inventorying, scoring, and reducing the hidden liability accumulating in your AI portfolio.
Like technical debt, ethical liability compounds silently. Every AI system deployed without bias testing, fairness audits, or governance review adds to a ledger that grows — until a regulatory inquiry, public incident, or internal failure presents the bill. The Liability Ledger makes that hidden debt visible, measurable, and reducible.
Agentic AI Readiness (A7)
Seven capability dimensions that determine whether an organization is ready for autonomous AI agents.
Agentic AI demands capabilities most organizations don’t have yet. A7 assesses readiness across seven dimensions — from data infrastructure to human oversight protocols — providing a clear roadmap from where you are to where agents can safely operate.

Your AI Governance Intelligence Room
Not a chatbot. An intelligence system built on 5 proprietary frameworks, a continuously expanding knowledge base, and 15+ years of advisory judgment across top-tier enterprises — calibrated to answer the questions that generic AI cannot.
Framework-Calibrated Answers
Every response is grounded in MVG, PRIME, Trust Premium, Liability Ledger, and A7 — frameworks validated across enterprise organisations. Not generic AI advice.

Every answer cites specific articles with links. You can verify the reasoning, trace the logic, and read the full analysis. No black box.
Advisory Boundary Honesty
The Situation Room tells you when AI advice ends and human judgment must begin. Generic AI answers forever. We tell you where it stops being safe to rely on a machine.

How should a financial services firm approach AI governance under the EU AI Act?
Financial services faces the strictest convergence of AI regulation globally. The EU AI Act classifies credit scoring and insurance pricing as high-risk — meaning full conformity assessment by August 2026. But the EU AI Act is not your only obligation. SR 11-7 (OCC/Fed model risk), MAS FEAT (Singapore), and DORA (operational resilience) all intersect.
I'd recommend starting with the MVG framework — specifically the financial services variant. Your first 90 days: appoint a governance owner, classify your AI systems by the EU Act's four risk tiers, and run the Three Lines of Defence model...
